SMITHFIELD-Lola Edna Drewery Newman, 102, of Smithfield died Thursday, May 17, 2012, at Riverside Convalescent Center.
A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 22, at Colonial Funeral Home in Smithfield, preceded by visitation at 10 a.m. Burial will be at 2:30 p.m. in Southlawn Memorial Park, Petersburg.
Mrs. Newman, an Isle of Wight County native, was a longtime employee of Titmus Optical Co. in Petersburg.
Among her survivors is a brother, A. Frank Drewery of Windsor.
