BOYKINS—Two men were arrested for allegedly attempting to rob the winnings after a game of Dominoes on May 4 in the 33000 block of Burnt Reed Road near Boykins, said Major Gene Drewery with the Southampton Sheriff’s Office.

Marty Persons, 25, of Boykins and Marcus Bottoms, 27, of Drewryville were charged with attempted robbery, assault and battery and discharging a firearm or missile in an occupied building for allegedly throwing an item through the window.
