CHESAPEAKE-Gerald LaFonso Hill, 41 of Chesapeake died Tuesday, May 8, 2012, at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 15, at St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church, Frederick Boulevard, Portsmouth. Burial will be in Nansemond-Suffolk Cemetery, Suffolk.
Mr. Hill, a graduate of Windsor High School, was employed with Indian Creek Correctional Center.
Crocker Funeral Home of Suffolk is in charge of arrangements.
