FRANKLIN—The Franklin boys’ tennis team got its first win of the season with a 6-3 victory over visiting Tri-Rivers District foe Surry on Thursday.

The Broncos had lost 5-4 to the Cougars earlier this season.

Franklin is 1-9 overall and 1-1 in the district
