CARRSVILLE—Mary Colleen Kelly Hunnicutt, 57, passed away April 25, 2012.

She was a daughter of the late William Luis and Mary Oldershaw Kelly and was predeceased by her son, Jason M. Hunnicutt.

Mary was a member of Mt. Carmel Christian Church and the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post 4411 in Franklin.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, William Douglas “Bill” Hunnicutt Jr.; her daughter, Kelly M. Johnson of Coats, N.C,; three grandchildren, Gabriel M. Hunnicutt, Tanner N. Johnson and Micheal T. Johnson; one niece, Sontina Healey; and one nephew, John Kelly.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 28, 2012, at Mt. Carmel Christian Church, Walters, Va., with Rev. Don Rosie and Rev. Charles Worth officiating. A reception will follow the service at VFW Post 4411, 32414 John Beverly Rose Drive, Franklin, Va.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Carmel Christian Church.
