CARRSVILLE—Edna C. Carr, 97, passed away April 19, 2012.

A funeral will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, April 21, in the chapel of Wright Funeral Home, Franklin. Burial will follow in Colosse Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the home of Kevin and Sherry Barnette, 6629 Old Myrtle Road, Carrsville.

Born in Nansemond County, she was member of Colosse Baptist Church.

Among survivors are a daughter, Nancy Harcum; and a brother, Thomas Carr.
