To the Editor:

I believe that the City of Franklin is at a crossroads.

One way leads to prosperity and the other way will take us to poverty and suffering.

I believe that Bishop Linwood Johnson is the type of man who can help us find a new course. He can lead us to prosperity because he is a stable and mature individual who can bring people and the City Council together.

He doesn’t belong to any cliques or alliances, so he will be able to work with everyone without worrying about past hurt feelings or past competition for control.

I suggest that everyone in Ward 4 strongly consider voting for Bishop Johnson. He is the type of new blood that can bring peace to the City Council and jobs to Franklin.
