WINDSOR-Gerald Blanchard Bailey, 79, of Windsor died Wednesday, April 4, 2012.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 6, at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk. Burial will follow in Holly Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time at the church.
