IVOR—Mary Brandreth Council, 70, born on November 6, 1941, a resident of Ivor, Va., passed away on Saturday March 24, 2012.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Emerson; father, George T. Brandreth; step-father, Daniel Bonebrake; and sister, Diann Tosolini.

She is survived by her mother, Florence Bonebrake; brother, George Brandreth and wife Carmen; daughters, Michele Bishop, Joudy Brady and husband Patrick, Dana Balint and husband Laszlo; and grandchildren, Francis, Becky, Matt, Ben, Latzi, Emily, Marcus and Nadia.

A private graveside service will be conducted at Tuckers Swamp Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ivor Rescue Squad at 35476 General Mahone Blvd., Ivor, Va., 23866; and Ivor Fire Department at 8295 Main St., Ivor, Va., 23866.
