To the Editor:

Raystine Johnson has the skills and knowledge needed at this time to lead the Franklin City Council in its efforts to provide responsible and responsive government.

She has a clear understanding of the role and responsibilities of the council and the mayor. She has proven business skills, council leadership capabilities, is committed to quality education, and she will proactively work to improve the community’s business and economic environment.

If elected mayor of Franklin, she will focus on listening to the citizens and their concerns as plans are developed to move Franklin forward.

She will bring to the mayor’s position a fresh and much-needed team approach.
