FRANKLIN—Alonza Bland Jarrett Jr., 35, died Feb. 18, 2012, after a car accident in Southampton County.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23, at First Baptist Church in Severn, N.C.

A wake will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. today, Feb. 22, at Elvin Vaughan Funeral Chapel.
