FRANKLIN—Nearly 400 attended the Franklin 50th Anniversary Gala Friday at the Paul D. Camp Community College Regional Workforce Development Center.
The event celebrating the city’s gaining independent status in December 1961 involved recognizing former mayors and longtime businesses.
