SUFFOLK-George W. Young Jr., 73, of Suffolk died Thursday, Feb. 9, 2012.
A funeral service will be held at noon Tuesday, Feb. 14, at St. Paul Baptist Church, followed by burial in Carver Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until service time and other times at 221 S. Division St., Suffolk.
Mr. Young was an Isle of Wight County native.
Among his survivors are sisters Mary Young Gatling of Holland and Viola Stokes of Franklin.
Crocker Funeral Home of Suffolk is in charge of arrangements.
