Windsor beats Lady Broncos 66-38

WINDSOR—Tommie Curtis netted 15 points in the Windsor girls’ 66-38 home win over Franklin on Friday.

Maurica Bynum added 11 points for the winning Lady Dukes and Macayla Servais scored 9.

“Our young ladies played hard for 32 minutes,” said Windsor Coach Chuck Parrish. “We shot the ball well from the floor and created some scoring chances off of our defense.”

The Lady Dukes scored 29 two-point field goals and went 8-for-16 from the foul line.

Windsor improved to 3-15 overall and 2-7 in the district.

Windsor hosted Surry on Tuesday. Results were not available as of press time.
