One thing you wish everyone knew about your business: The office started with me, a secretary and a supportive family. We even did the laundry at home for the first two years.

Something you offer that a customer won’t find elsewhere: Experience and expertise. We have achieved qualifications that no other therapy clinics in the area can offer.

Advice to young entrepreneurs: Talk to as many others as possible, who are involved in the business you’re trying to start, and talk to them as much as possible. And don’t forget them when you become successful.

Your first job: Summer maintenance work at an industrial laundry facility while home from college

Your role model (in business or in life generally) and why: My father. He passed way too early, but his influence stays with me every day.
