PORTSMOUTH—Theodore P. “Jack” Williams, 77, of Portsmouth died Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2011.

A funeral service was held Monday at St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church in Portsmouth followed by burial in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Williams was a native of Southampton County.

Corprew Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
