PORTSMOUTH—Dr. Cynthia P. Chapman 69, passed away Nov. 11, 2011, in Portsmouth.

She was the former pastor of Mission of Deliverance Temple, Church of God in Christ in Ivor.

A funeral service will be held noon Saturday, Nov. 19, at Garden of Prayer Worship Center, Norfolk. Burial will be held in Gildfield Baptist Church Cemetery, Ivor.
