CONWAY, N.C.—Jefferey Neil “ J-Boe” Bailey Jr., 25, passed away Nov. 6, 2011. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, at Severn Baptist Church, Severn, N.C. Burial will follow in Severn Cemetery.

The family will receive friends today (Tuesday) from 6 to 8 p.m. at Wright Funeral Home, Boykins, VA.

A Franklin native, Mr. Bailey was a material handler and flaking operator with Resinall Corp.

He is survived by his parents Sharon Dunn Rose and her husband, Tommy, of Severn, N.C.; sisters Angel Randall and Jennifer Bryant; and brothers Jason and Brandon Rose.
