ZUNI-Darwin Watson “Pee Wee” Bales Jr., 57, of Zuni, died Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2011.

A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 17, at Western Branch Community Church, 1935 Jolliff Road, Chesapeake. Burial will follow in Nansemond-Suffolk Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel.

Mr. Bales was an electrician for Dominion Virginia Power at the Surry Nuclear Power Plant.
