FRANKLIN—A 32-inch flat screen television and an older microwave were stolen during a break-in at Forks of the River Hunt Club on Schoolhouse Road outside Franklin.

At 8:50 p.m. Saturday, the Southampton Sheriff’s Office was notified about the burglary. Forced entry was made, said Sgt. Wanda Covington.

The hunt club was processed for evidence, and the sheriff’s office is following up on several leads, Covington said. Anyone with information is asked to call sheriff’s office at 653-2100.
