SUFFOLK—Richard C. Howard Sr. of Suffolk died Thursday, Sept. 29, at Sentara Obici Hospital.

A memorial service was held Sunday, Oct. 2, at R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home and Crematory.

Mr. Howard was a plant engineer with Smithfield Foods.

Among his survivors is a sister, Vicki H. Carr of Zuni.
