FRANKLIN—Angelena Glover Keech, 85, widow of Lester Earl Keech, passed away September 20, 2011.

She was born in Franklin, Va., a daughter of the late Emmitt Lee and Peggy Story Glover, and was also predeceased by two sons, Ronald E. Keech and David G. Keech; two brothers, Franklin and Jimmy Glover; and one sister, Margaret Hand.

Survivors include two sons, Jerry D. Keech (Dot) of Sedley and Carl W. Keech of Franklin; two sisters, Inez G. Donaldson of New Jersey and Barbara G. Umphlette (Bob) of Franklin; five grandchildren, Jerri Lynne Baugham (Wayne), Jason L. Keech (Jennifer), Travis P. Keech (Kaci), Adam L. Keech (Casey) and Kelly M. Birdsong (Ken); nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Thursday (today) from 7 to 8: 30 p.m. at Wright Funeral Home. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, September 23, 2011, in the chapel of Wright Funeral Home with the Rev. Randy Wooden officiating.

Interment will follow in Poplar Spring Cemetery.
