The City of Franklin ordered a mandatory curfew starting at 11 p.m. Saturday. People must remain off the streets until 7 a.m. Sunday.

Franklin Fire Capt. Tim Dunn said the curfew was put in place to keep motorists and individuals from hitting debris and downed power lines in roadways.

Dunn reported no injuries but some traffic accidents Saturday night. Crews working to clean up areas of debris have been pulled in for the night, and clearing work will begin Sunday morning, he said.
