Beverly Williams Beale, born August 8, 1939, in Norfolk, was granted her angel wings on August 22, 2011. Wife to one, mom to four, “Annie” to ten and friend to many.

She will always be loved and remembered by her husband of 48 years, Sam, who was born and raised in Branchville. She is also survived by her children, Leigh Anne; Sam, wife Julie; John, wife Jessica; Ben, wife Paige; and ten grandchildren, Sam, Alex, Kendall, Savannah, Austin, Jackson, Stella Mae, Peyton, Daren and Violet; and her sister Carol Sue Thompson.

She was a graduate of Maury High School in Norfolk and attended Old Dominion University. She has resided in Richmond since 1968.

Her life will be celebrated on Friday, August 26, 2011, at 11 a.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church, 903 Forest Ave., Richmond, Va., 23229
