Annie Louise Pope

WINDSOR—Annie Louise Bradshaw Pope, 88, widow of Marvin B. Pope Sr., went to heaven on August 12, 2011.

She was born in Isle of Wight County, a daughter of the late John Ernest and Annie Bland Bradshaw, and was predeceased by five sisters, Ruby, Lois, Mary and Verna Carr, and Margaret Drake, and two brothers, Morgan Bradshaw and John Bradshaw.

She was a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church.

Left to cherish her memory are two sons, Larry K. Pope (Delores) of Zuni and Marvin Pope Jr. of Hunterdale; two grandchildren, Michael Pope (Jeanette) and April DeVites; one great-grandchild, Kalyn DeVites; three brothers, Alfred Bradshaw (Barbara) and Russell Bradshaw (Teri), both of Suffolk, and Leroy Bradshaw of Carrsville; and a special friend, Ricky Dunn.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, August 15, 2011, at Beaver Dam Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Steve Gibson officiating. Wright Funeral Home is handling arrangements. www.wrightfuneralhome.org
