Molly Goggin Eubank

MURFREESBORO, N.C.-Molly Goggin Eubank, 66, died of cancer Saturday, July 30, 2011, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville, N.C.

A memorial service for Molly will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 7, in the auditorium of the Columns Building at Chowan University in Murfreesboro.

Mrs. Eubank worked for the town of Murfreesboro for about 23 years as town administrator and town clerk. She also served as clerk for the town of Como, N.C., for about 20 years. She was a longtime volunteer with the Como Rescue Squad and the Como Volunteer Fire Department. Among her survivors are her husband, Douglas E. Eubank of Murfreesboro, and two sons, Lance T. Crowe of Murfreesboro and Tadd W. Eubank of Boykins.

Garrett-Jones Funeral Home of Ahoskie, N.C., is in charge of arrangements.
