Suffolk bank robbed

SUFFOLK—Suffolk Police are investigating a Saturday holdup at BB&T Bank on Holland Road.
Police say the man entered the bank about 9:30 a.m., gave a note to an employee and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash. No weapon was displayed and no one was hurt.
The white male is described as thin to medium build. He was wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans. Police believe he may have fled in a dark silver Dodge pick-up, 2006-2008 model.
Police have obtained photographs of the suspect from surveillance videos. Anyone who can identify the man is asked to call 1-888-LOCK-U-UP. Callers do not have to give their names or appear in court, and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
