HAMPTON-Luther J. Blizzard died Thursday, July 7, 2011, at his Hampton home.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church, East End, followed by burial in Hampton Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from noon to 6 p.m. Monday at Cooke Bros. Funeral Chapel in Newport News.

Mr. Blizzard was a Holland native.
