PORTSMOUTH-Homezell Barnes Gilliam, 89, died Saturday June 11, 2011.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Foster Funeral Home in Portsmouth.

Mrs. Gilliam is a retired secretary to the Portsmouth postmaster.

Among her survivors is a sister, Martha Lou Winn of Zuni.
