CHESAPEAKE-Phyllis Louise Jones, 49, died Saturday June 11, 2011, at her Chesapeake home.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home and Crematory, 509 W. Washington St., Suffolk, followed burial in Holly Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Among her survivors is a brother, Edward L. Vann of Wakefield.
