Oyanta Walloe Lowe

FRANKLIN—Oyanta Walloe Lowe, 78, of Forest Pine Road, Franklin, died Tuesday, May 17, 2011, at Southampton Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Piney Grove Baptist Church, Franklin. Burial will be in Southview Cemetery. Visitation will be at the home of her daughter Debra at 419 Washington Ave., Franklin.

Mrs. Lowe retired from Sach’s Peanut Co. after many years of service. She was a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church until her health started to fail. She was the widow of Ozias Lowe.

Survivors include three daughters, Debra, Teresa and Doreen; a stepson, the Rev. Dr. Carlton Lowe Sr.; a sister, Mary Jones; 14 grandchildren; and six stepgrandchildren.

Wm. M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
