Suffolk man accused of sexual assault at Windsor nail salon

WINDSOR—A Suffolk man was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman around 9 a.m. Thursday at a nail salon, said Windsor Police Chief A.V. Reynolds.

The victim, who was not identified, claimed that Duc A. Le, 28, touched her inappropriately while the two were at K.V. Nails II on Windsor Boulevard, Reynolds said.

She fled and reported the incident to police, who questioned Le. He admitted to the incident, Reynolds said.

Le was charged with misdemeanor sexual battery.
