COURTLAND—Guns, jewelry and other times valued at a total of $8,300 were stolen during a burglary in the 21000 block of Southampton Parkway, Courtland, according to Southampton County Sheriff’s Office.

The homeowner reported the break-in at 12:05 p.m. Thursday, said department spokeswoman Sgt. Wanda Covington.

Forced-entry was made through a side door. Among firearms were four shotguns and four rifles valued at $4,300.

Two white males in a white van may be possible suspects.
