FRANKLIN—Three unlocked vehicles were burglarized between Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, said Franklin Police Lt. Tim Whitt.

Among items stolen were cell phones and money from the two vehicles on Robinhood Road and another on Queens Lane, Whitt said.

Police theorize the suspect is checking for unlocked vehicles and taking what is visible.

“We would strongly suggest locking your vehicle and lock anything of value in the trunk or put it out of sight,” he said.
