NORFOLK—Loreen Scott Turner, 86, of Norfolk died April 10, 2011. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 14, at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home, Virginia Beach. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held Wednesday from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.

Four children survive, including a son, Ronald Jay Turner of Windsor.
