COURTLAND—Some 114 customers of Virginia Dominion Power were without electricity for about 90 minutes on Saturday, said company spokeswoman Bonita Harris.

A tree limb blown down by the wind at 3 p.m. caused the outage in the Courtland and Capron areas. Service was restored by 4:30, Harris said.
