PORTSMOUTH—The Rev. Wendell Barrett, 56, of Portsmouth died March 15, 2011, at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center.

Local survivors are siblings Latrice Felton and Carl Deloach, both of Franklin.

A funeral will be 1 p.m. Monday, March 21, at Rising St. James PHC, 201 N. 6th St., Suffolk.

Crocker Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
