FRANKLIN–Thomas Lee Bishop, 68, died March 16, 2011, at his home.

A graveside service will be held today, March 18, in Greensville Memorial Cemetery, Emporia.

Mr. Bishop was a former National Guardsman and a driver for Lee White Trucking.

Survivors include his wife, Annie Compton Bishop; daughters Brandi Tanyer of Norfolk and Jaclyn and Nellie Bishop, both of Franklin; sons Thomas “Buddy” L. Bishop III of Richmond and Michael Elders of Franklin; and sister, Shirley Walton of Virginia Beach.

Wright Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
