A shame to lose another family-run business

To the Editor:
When I opened The Tidewater News this morning, I saw the picture of a fine young man and some very sad news (“Good to last drop,” March 11).
Neil Baker, owner of Hunterdale Service Center, who has been my vehicle’s best friend and has been a good friend of mine since I moved to this area 34 years ago, has to close his station because of health problems and high gas prices.
The area has lost a much-needed service and another small family business.
