FRANKLIN—Willie M. Spratley, 69, of Franklin, died March 6, 2011.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at East End Apostolic Church, Franklin. Burial will be in Southview Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Evangelist Ginger Scott Spratley; and stepsons Terrance Darnell Howell and Craig Melvin Howell.
