CAPRON–Sarah Augusta Baker, 98, passed away peacefully March 8, 2011 at the East Pavilion. She was born September 23, 1912 in Capron, the youngest daughter of the late Parley and Minnie Russell Baker. She was predeceased by four brothers, William, Otis, Irving, and Roland Baker; and five sisters, Mary Sue Baker, Florence Baker, Thelma White, Eunice Birdsall, and Grace Moore.

Left to cherish her memory are three nephews, Marion White, Russell White, and Frank Birdsall; two nieces, Nancy Cavins and Rozell Harrell; many great-nieces and great-nephews; a special friend, Peggy Crocker; and her angel, Willie Mae Johnson.

A graveside service will be conducted at 1 pm Thursday at the Capron Cemetery with the Rev. Alex Joyner officiating. Memorials may be made to Capron Fire Department, P. O.
