VIRGINIA BEACH—Joanne Bailey Minehan, 64, of Virginia Beach died Feb. 13, 2011.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at H.D. Oliver Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband, Henry; twin daughters, Manda Minehan of Denver and Deana Harrison of Virginia Beach; and two sisters, including Stephanie S. Johnson of Franklin.
