SUFFOLK—Cecile Bernard Dickson, 84, of Suffolk died Sunday, Feb. 13, 2011, at Sentara Obici Hospital.

The funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church. Burial will be in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Dickson taught at Andrew J. Brown, Oakland and East Suffolk elementary schools in Suffolk. After moving to New York, she was a social worker for many years.

Survivors include son, Bernard D. Dickson of Suffolk, and daughter, Maureen Jones of Franklin.

Crocker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
