COURTLAND—Ruth Joyner O’clair, 90, of Courtland died Feb. 15, 2011, at Southampton Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Wright Funeral Home. Burial will be in Poplar Springs Cemetery.

Mrs. O’clair was a native of Southampton County.

Survivors include her husband Leon Joseph O’clair; children Donald J. “Buck” O’clair of Franklin, Sandra O. Sawyer and Kathy O. Camp of Courtland; and a sister, Maggie J. Pope of Capron.

Massey Funeral Home in Roanoke Rapids, N.C., is in charge of arrangements.
