VIRGINIA BEACH—Elizabeth Beck Welton, 88, died Feb. 2, 2011.

A memorial service was held Friday at Galilee Episcopal Church, Virginia Beach. Burial was in the St. Paul’s Kent Episcopal Church cemetery.

Survivors include her children, Catherine W. Raney of Zuni, Elizabeth W. Culpepper of Boise, Idaho, and Richard F. Welton IV and Nancy B. Welton, both of Virginia Beach.
