A big hug and smack on the back to Tony Clark, our hero (“No OLF, for now,” Jan. 28).

Thanks to Tony’s skillful guidance, political savvy and downright dogged persistence, we are now the proud non-owners of a cement-laying, ear-blasting, bucolic-stealing landing strip.

Now that that’s over, Tony, about that 460 project …
