FRANKLIN—The City of Franklin has developed a link on its website for residents to ask questions regarding the proposal to allow pilot training by the Navy at Franklin Municipal Airport.

A link labeled “Navy” is posted on the city’s website, www.franklinva.com. Users should go to the link and click. That will take users to a form to enter questions. City employees will research questions and post answers.
