SEDLEY—Robin Howell Bulls, 47, went to be with the Lord Jan. 21, 2011, after a long illness.

She was born in Franklin and was a graduate of Franklin High School and Paul D. Camp Community College.

Robin was bookkeeper or office manager at Blake Ford for 28 years.

She was a member of the Rock Church of Franklin.

She was predeceased by her father, Ernest Ray Howell.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 26 years, James A. “Al” Bulls Jr.; a daughter, Allie Raye Bulls; a son, James A. “Jaime” Bulls III; her mother, Marion Porter Howell of Franklin; a brother, Carl Ray Howell of Suffolk; and her pet, Bandit. Also, her in-laws, James and Irene Bulls, Robin Stephens (Irvin), Renae Hewett (Chris), and special niece and nephews, Faith and Jordan Hewett and Trey Stephens.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, January 23, 2011, at Rosemont Cemetery, Sedley, with the Rev. David S. Dillon officiating. The family will receive friends at James and Irene Bulls’ residence at 18211 Sedley Road and following the service at the Rock Church of Franklin.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Rock Church School, 130 Lakeview Road, Franklin, Va., 23851.
