WINDSOR— Patricia Howell Mays, 67, died Jan. 18, 2011, at Sentara Obici Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today at R.W. Baker and Company Funeral Home in Suffolk. Burial will be in Newman Memorial Cemetery.

Survivors include her husband, Ray F. Mays; daughter, Stephanie Mays of Topping; son, Timothy R. Mays of Portsmouth; and brothers Ray T. Howell Jr. of Poquoson and Richard R. Howell of Suffolk.
