CAPRON—The Virginia Department of Transportation will close Cedar View Road, between Royal Oak Lane and Angelico Road for bridge repairs from Monday, Jan. 24, through Friday, Jan. 28.

VDOT crews will replace steel beams, replace the timber decking and install new railing.

Motorists will be detoured. From Cedar View Road, motorists will use Southampton Parkway, Route 58, to access Angelico Road. The detour is two miles.
